Gerard currently offers 7 Energy Star approved colors that each qualify for the $1500* Federal Tax Energy Star Credit. Each ES Color is available on all five Gerard profiles. To claim the Tax Rebate, simply have your roofing contractor complete the Contractor Verification Form, attach the Gerard Manufacturer's Certification Certificate and your receipts and file with the rest of your 2009 tax documents. These do not need to be submitted with your tax return. Be sure to include the proper rebate amount as a deduction on your 2009 Tax Form #1040.
